Dearest Reader,
Welcome to a brand new week.
I know, I know—it’s been a little quiet on here. And if you’re already wondering where your usual Monday dispatch from Keziah is, let’s just say… life happened.
Truth is, I’ve been in and out of the hospital this previous week. Nothing too alarming, but definitely a clear sign from my body that rest is not optional. It turns out stress really can sneak up on you—and when it does, your body will demand what you’ve been ignoring.
Let this be a reminder: good health is not just something we say to sound wise on motivational Mondays. It’s the foundation. The baseline. You can’t chase dreams, pitch projects, or pour into others if you’re running on empty.
So, this week, I’m taking my own advice. I’m slowing down, catching my breath, and letting myself be still. No rushing. No overthinking. Just breathing, journaling, and listening to my body.
Next week, we’ll catch up properly—I’ve got so much to share, and I can’t wait to dive back into creative mode with fresh ideas and renewed energy.
But for now, allow me this gentle pause.
And maybe, just maybe, take this as your sign to check in with yourself too. Drink water. Take a nap. Eat a fruit. Let your body feel seen.

P.S. Feel free to reply and let me know how your week is going—I’d love to hear from you, even while I’m resting.
